I’m Off aims to scrutinize situations and events that we try to get away from on a daily basis through ‘escape bags’. It tries to imagine all the things a woman could and should carry to evade responsibilities, words, gazes, freedom, and the self. By inviting the audience to a daily act of going through tens of objects that fill these bags, we hope to think together if an escape or being off is actually possible.
